How to change the shipping charged to your customers

Fotomoto has negotiated the best-possible shipping rates with our shipping suppliers; these rates are shown in the Shipping Costs table in the Fotomoto Dashboard.

In some cases sellers using Fotomoto may wish to increase or decrease the shipping actually charged to their customers. By default Fotomoto will charge the amounts shown in the Shipping Costs table. You can increase or decrease what's charged to your customer by changing the percentage. By default the percentage is +0%, meaning the rates shown in the table will be charged to the customer. If you increase the percentage to +100% the rates charged will be double what's in the table. Likewise if you decrease the percentage to -100%, no shipping will be charged to your customers.

Note that if you choose to have Fotomoto fulfill your order, we will always charge you the rates shown in the table to ship your order.

To change the percentage charged to your customers:

  1. Go to the Settings > Shipping Costs page in your Fotomoto Dashboard.
  2. Click the orange % link and adjust the percentage charged.
