Missing images in the Fotomoto Dashboard

By default, Fotomoto loads most any image from your site in to the Fotomoto Dashboard. If you don't see the image in your Dashboard, please check the following:
  1. Reload the web page on your site where the image is displayed; Fotomoto loads images in to your Dashboard when the page is loaded in a browser.
  2. Make sure you have installed Fotomoto as explained in the instructions for the platform you use to create your website.
  3. If you are using our WordPress plugin, make sure that Fotomoto is enabled on the relevant Pages and Categories shown in the WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Fotomoto.
  4. Make sure that Fotomoto is not in API mode unless you know you need it to be.
If you're still missing the image after checking the above, feel free to contact Fotomoto Support, and let us know which image from which URL is not showing in the Dashboard.
