Fotomoto gives you flexibility in how your orders are fulfilled - you have the option to do the printing and shipping yourself, or we can do it for you.
You can choose between the two Order Processing options below when you first sign up for Fotomoto, but you can change your option at any time in the Fotomoto Dashboard as explained here.
Use this convenient option to have Fotomoto handle your printing and shipping for you. When your customer places an order, we send you an email letting you know that you'll need to upload the print-ready image to us (or we use Auto Pickup to grab it automatically), then we send your print orders to one of our hand-selected partner labs and the order is shipped to your customer.
If you prefer to print your own images or have them printed at a lab of your choice, you can choose Manual processing. When this option is selected, you'll be able to select either "I will process this order myself." or "I want Fotomoto to process this order for me." after each order is placed. If you choose to have us fulfill the order then it works as with Automatic above, otherwise you can handle the printing and shipping as you like, and you already have the funds from the order credited to your account.
To keep your customer (and Fotomoto) up-to-date on orders that you process yourself, just update the order status to "Printing" and "Shipped" as explained in "How do I manually fulfill orders....
