Why is profit still "pending" even though the product has shipped?
In your Fotomoto Dashboard under Orders > Accounting, your total profit may not match your payable balance.
This is because some of your funds are still pending as can be seen in the screen shot below:
This is because your customers have a 30-day full money back guarantee. If no such refund is requested within 30 days of the order being shipped then the funds are released to you.
