If you have selected "Manual" Order Processing (see Print fulfillment options), then you will be given the choice to fulfill your own orders. This article outlines the steps you need to complete when you receive an order from a customer and want to fulfill it yourself.
- Log in to your Fotomoto Dashboard, click the Orders tab and click the order number in the list.
On the order detail page, select "I will process this order myself." and click the Submit button.
Print and ship the image(s)
- Print the image or make arrangements with your lab of choice.
Click the Update Status button, choose "Printing" from the drop-down menu and click the Add button.
- Arrange the shipping for the order and make note the tracking number.
Update the status to "shipped"!
- Once the image has shipped, go back to the order detail page, click the Update Status button, choose "Shipped" from the drop-down menu.
Enter the shipping method and tracking number then click the Add button. A notification email will be sent to your customer.
