How to manually fulfill orders that you print yourself or via a 3rd party lab

If you have selected "Manual" Order Processing (see Print fulfillment options), you'll be able to select whether or not Fotomoto will fulfill each order that comes in. This article outlines the steps you need to take when you choose to fulfill an order yourself.

  1. Select self-fulfillment

    1. Log in to your Fotomoto Dashboard, click the Orders tab and click the order number in the list.
    2. On the order detail page, select "I will process this order myself", click the Submit button, and follow any prompts shown.

  2. Print and ship the image(s)

    1. Click the Update Status button, choose "Printing" from the drop-down menu and click the Add button.

    2. Print the image or make arrangements with your lab of choice.
    3. Arrange the shipping for the order and make note the tracking number.


     
  3. Update the status to "shipped"!

    1. Once the image has shipped, go back to the order detail page, click the Update Status button, choose "Shipped" from the drop-down menu.
    2. Enter the shipping method and tracking number then click the Add button. A notification email will be sent to your customer.
