If you see "We cannot determine the pricing for this image at this time" in the Widget when trying to purchase an image, one of two things is happening:
- The aspect ratio of the photo is incompatible with the offered print sizes/options. For example, if the photo is a panoramic, but you don't have any panoramic print sizes enabled, this message will be shown.
To fix this, go to the Store page in your Fotomoto Dashboard, select the Collection that contains your image, and either enable the appropriate print sizes, or change your Print Size Option to "Flexible Sizes" as explained in Print size options.
- The source photo can not be accessed by the Fotomoto servers - either the image was removed from the website, or it has otherwise been made inaccessible.
To fix this, please make sure the image is publicly accessible.
If you should see the "We cannot determine the pricing for this image at this time" message and none of the above conditions are true, please contact Fotomoto Support and let us know the URL of your page where the image should be for sale.
