First, be sure you want to delete your account
Important: if you delete your account, all of your data including sales and product configuration info will be irreversibly deleted.
If you're having issues getting Fotomoto to work or need other help, contact us! We'll be happy to help.
If you want to use Fotomoto with no monthly subscription fee, just switch to the Free plan (see How to choose a Subscription Plan).
If you might want to use Fotomoto in the future, you're welcome to keep your account on the Free plan for as long as you'd like. If desired you can disable the Buy Buttons on your website: just to the Store page and toggle the "on" button to "off" for each product in your active Collection(s).
How to delete your account
If you've read the above and still want to delete your account:
- Go to the Settings page of your Fotomoto Dashboard.
- Select the "Delete Site" option from the Site Maintenance drop-down menu and follow the prompts.
Note: if you have multiple stores in your account, you will need to delete each one individually; your account will be automatically removed when you delete the last remaining store. If you are on a paid subscription plan, your subscription will end after you delete your account.
If you have any issues deleting your account, you can also contact Fotomoto Support and request that we delete your account, saying "Please delete my Fotomoto account for me", and make sure to include the Store ID from the Settings page shown above.
