When a customer inquires about using an image that you're selling a license for, Fotomoto will send you an email with the subject "You have a new image licensing inquiry". To respond to the licensing inquiry, click the link in the email to navigate to the inquiry page in your Fotomoto Dashboard where you can communicate back and forth with the client and set a selling price when you're ready.
Note that there is currently no way for an inquiry to be deleted. This a feature, not an issue, because the inquiry stores the history of the negotiations between the seller and the requestor.
