You can change the email address for your Fotomoto account, or add a secondary (support) email address to your account in the Fotomoto Dashboard on the Account Information page.
- Log in to your Fotomoto Dashboard.
- Click the Welcome <Your User Name> drop-down menu found on the top right of the Dashboard and click Account Information.
- Update your email address and contact information
- Click the Save button.
The Primary Email is for the account "owner" and will be used to contact you about account or payment-related matters - it is also the login email for the account. The Support Email is used to contact you regarding order or customer support issues. Note that you can also use email aliases that will deliver to multiple contacts.
We recommend adding a phone number so we can reach you in case we have trouble reaching your email address.
