How do I check the status of my order?
You should have received an email confirmation of your order which includes a link to check the order status. When the order is shipped you should receive a second email with a link to track shipping progress. if you did not receive an email, please contact Fotomoto Support.
How long will it take to receive my order?
When you order a print or download, the photographer first needs to provide us with the high resolution files needed to the products you ordered - this usually happens within 48 hours. Once we have the files, download orders are available immediately, and print orders will be shipped in seven business days or less; Premium prints generally ship in 2-3 business days, canvas, Framed and Fine Art prints generally ship in 3-4 business days, and MetalPrints in 5 business days. We will email you to confirm that the order has shipped. Delivery time depends of course on which shipping option you chose, and we provide you with the links needed to track your package.
I made a mistake on my order...can I change it?
Please contact Fotomoto Support with your order number within 24 hours and let us know how we can help. If the order has not printed it may be possible for us to cancel the order so the seller can refund the purchase and you can place a new order.
I'm having trouble ordering from a photographer's site that uses Fotomoto - what do I do?
Please contact Fotomoto Support and be sure to include the URL of the page you're trying to order from. We'll do our best to help and contact the seller if needed.
I purchased a download - how do I pick it up?
When you purchase a download, the photographer needs to provide us with the file, which usually takes less than 48 hours. Once we have the file, we'll send you an email with instructions on how to pick up your download.
I ordered several items but only received part of my order...where is the rest?
Depending on what you've ordered, some items may be shipped separately. If you ordered several prints and one or two seem to be missing, please make sure they aren't stuck together by "static cling'. If you have any questions feel free to contact Fotomoto Support, and be sure to include your order number.
