When you purchase a download via Fotomoto, the seller first needs to provide Fotomoto with the high resolution image file(s) that we use to generate the download file(s). This usually happens in less than 48 hours.
Once we have the file, we'll send you an email with instructions on how to pick up your download. If it has been more than 48 hours and you still haven't received your order, please feel free to contact Fotomoto Support and we'll be happy to help you get in touch with the seller.
