When you place an order via Fotomoto, you should receive an email confirmation that includes a link to check the status of your order. You can use this link until the order is shipped.
When your order ships, you should receive a shipping confirmation email. If the shipping method you chose offers tracking, the confirmation email will contain a link that you can use to track the status of your shipment with the shipper.
If you do not receive the emails described above, first please check to see if the email is in your SPAM folder. If it's not in SPAM, please feel free to contact Fotomoto Support as a) you may have entered the wrong email address on the order or b) your order may be incomplete.
