Before you recover your blocked images, you will want to resolve the issue that caused them to be blocked in the first place.
Possible causes include:
- Your website may have been down when Fotomoto server tried to access images.
- Your image may be password-protected or our server is otherwise blocked from accessing it.
- Your image has a "bad" URL that does not follow conventional URL standards, for example disallowed characters like spaces, etc.
After you have resolved the issue, you can recover your blocked images through the following steps:
- Log in to your Fotomoto Dashboard and go to the Store page.
- Make sure you have selected the desired Store from the Current Store drop-down menu.
- In the menu bar along the left, click the "Unavailable" heading then click Blocked.
- Select all of your blocked images, using the Select All button if desired.
- From the Actions drop-down menu, select "remove selected images" to delete your images from Fotomoto's servers.
Now that the "Blocked" images are removed, please check again to make sure images no longer go in to "Blocked":
- Refresh the page you sell your image from.
- Check the "Blocked" Collection again as above. If images reappear in the "Blocked" Collection, it's likely that the issue is not resolved - please contact Fotomoto Support for help.
