I have installed Fotomoto, but I am not seeing the "Buy Print" links under my image.
Please see Missing the Fotomoto Buy Buttons? and if that doesn't help please contact Fotomoto Support and include the URL of the page where the Buy Buttons are missing.
Why do I see a message saying "We cannot determine the pricing for this image at this time" when I try to order an image?
If you see this message it usually means that the image file is not available or there is problem with how you have configured your print settings. Please see this article for more info.
Fotomoto is installed on my site but only some of my photos appear in my Dashboard
The Fotomoto Script loads images in to your Dashboard only when the page that contains the images is viewed in a web browser, or in some cases when someone clicks a Buy Button. If there's an image on your site that's not showing in the Dashboard, try clicking it's Buy Button. Find more info in How Fotomoto works on your site - no upload needed until a customer orders.
I have set my print sizes, but they're not showing up correctly in the Fotomoto Order Window
It's most likely that you have set Fotomoto set to use Print Size Options that are not appropriate for the aspect ratio of your photo. Have a look at our Print size options article to pick the best option for your selling needs.
The "Buy Print" button under my photo doesn't do anything when clicked
It is most likely that the CSS or JavaScript code on your website is conflicting with Fotomoto - often times another element is covering the Buy Button, making our links un-clickable. Just contact Fotomoto Support and let us know the address of the page where the trouble lies and we'll be happy to help.
